Pancake Pan
1) Normal GF Version
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of All Purpose BreadFruit
- 2 Tbsp. (Optional)
- 3/4 - 1 Cup Milk of preference
- 1 Eggs or substitute
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or Substitute
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
2) Vegan option
Just substitute:
- 1 egg → 1/2 (half) mashed banana
- Milk → same quantity of your milk substitute
- Butter → same quantity of olive oil or plant based butter
Mix sugar, butter (best if softened) and egg or substitute. Add milk and salt. Add breadfruit flour blend and baking powder. Mix well with wire whisk until lump free. Preheat pan to medium heat.
Add non-sticking spray. Pour proper quantity and cover. Flip after bubbles on surface appear.
