Olive Oil Cake
Pancake Pan
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs 🥚
- 1 cup sugar 🍬
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌼
- 1 cup milk 🥛
- 1 cup olive oil 🫒
- 3 cups Amasar All Purpose Flour 🌱
- 1 ½ Tbsp baking powder (15 g)
- A pinch of salt 🧂
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) 🔥
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla, milk, and olive oil.
- Gradually add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
- Let it cool… then enjoy a golden, flavorful cake! 💛
