INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
- 1 cup Amasar All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 egg or alternatives
- ½ cup milk or alternatives
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Add chocolate chips on top (optional)
HOW TO COOK:
- Mix wet ingredients and add dry ingredients.
- Do small balls and cook them in oven for 12 minutes at 350 °F.
- Smash de balls and cook for 5 more minutes.
