Ingredients:
1 cup Amasar Breadfruit All-Purpose Flour Mix
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 ½ cup milk of your preference
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Zest of 2 lemons
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the lemon glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients well.
3. Mix all wet ingredients well in a separate bowl.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones slowly while mixing.
5. Grease the pan and pour the mix.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
7. While the cake is cooling, prepare the lemon glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered
sugar and lemon juice until smooth and pourable.
8. Once the cake has cooled, drizzle the lemon glaze over the top. You can also garnish with
additional lemon zest if desired.
