Ingredients:
¾ cup Amasar Breadfruit All‑Purpose Flour Mix
⅔ cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup coconut oil
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a bowl, thoroughly mix the cocoa powder and brown sugar until well combined.
3.Add the Amasar Breadfruit All‑Purpose Flour Mix and sea salt, stirring to incorporate.
4.In a separate bowl, combine the softened butter, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
5.Add the two mixtures together and stir just until well combined, taking care not to overmix.
6.Grease a 9 × 11‑inch baking pan and pour in the batter.
7.Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set.
8.Allow to cool slightly, then slice and enjoy.
