  • ¾ cup milk (regular, almond, or oat)

  • 1 egg (optional, for extra fluffiness)

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional)

  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter (optional, for softer texture)

For serving:

  • Maple syrup or honey

  • Banana slices

  • Fresh berries

  • A sprinkle of extra cinnamon

1️⃣ Mix the dry ingredients:
In a bowl, combine the protein pancake mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
