Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup Amasar Breadfruit All Purpose Flour Mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of water
3 eggs
15 oz (1 can) pumpkin puree
1 cup of oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cloves
Optional - Add raising, nuts, dry fruits.

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients well.
3. Mix all wet ingredients well in a separate bowl.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones slowly while mixing.
5. Grease the pan and pour the mix.
6. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes depending on the size of the tray.

Frosting (optional):

 10 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
 ⅛ teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 3¼ cups confectioners' sugar

Procedure:

In a large bowl of an electric mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese together on high speed until
smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Beat in salt and vanilla. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat at
low speed for 30 seconds, then switch to high speed and beat until light and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Spread the frosting on the cooled cake.
