This is the perfect starter pack to test the products. Good size for a family. I recommend to make pancakes smaller than usual, as the taste will be unfamiliar. They pair up perfect with fresh toppings and are not as sweet as I expected. Texture is on the dry cake side. Filling and enjoyable. Just adjust the recipe to your liking and enjoy this healthy alternative! I am looking forward to try more recipes with the flour!
