The first time I was introduced to breadfruit was in Saint Lucia. The resort used it for gluten free pancakes and I instantly fell in love! I went on a hunt for it when I can back and have used Amasar all purpose breadfruit since then.
Extremely high quality and taste, just like in Saint Lucia.

This is the perfect starter pack to test the products. Good size for a family. I recommend to make pancakes smaller than usual, as the taste will be unfamiliar. They pair up perfect with fresh toppings and are not as sweet as I expected. Texture is on the dry cake side. Filling and enjoyable. Just adjust the recipe to your liking and enjoy this healthy alternative! I am looking forward to try more recipes with the flour!
