Carrot and nuts breadfruit cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups of Amasar’s All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp of salt
  • IMPORTANT: Wet ingredients should ALL be in room temperature 
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients well.
  3. Add the butter one piece at a time and mix.
  4. Slowly add the rest of the wet ingredients while mixing.
  5. Grease the pan and pour.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
